Donut Plains is a region of northwest Dinosaur Land, located to the north of Yoshi's Island and south of Vanilla Dome. The region also has passages to the Valley of Bowser (via a Warp Pipe) and Star World (via a Star Road).
Geography
Donut Plains resembles the central Mushroom Kingdom in several ways: it has similar hills to those seen in 1-1, and it has hills with eyes that resemble Grass Land. In the south part of the region, the sky is yellow; in the north, it is a more typical blue. The region itself is, true to its name, plains shaped like a donut; there's a lake in the center that it encircles. East of the lake, there are many rocky mountains, making the area hard to traverse with no notable locations within aside from a single Warp Pipe. There are very few settlements in the area; the only ones known are the Green Switch Palace, Donut Ghost House, and Donut Secret House, the latter of which is ruled by the Big Boo.
