Crocodile Isle was an island Southeast of Donkey Kong Island. During the events of Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest/ Donkey Kong Land 2, most of the island has been destroyed by a large energy beam coming from the volcano in the islands Lost World.
What remained of the island are some rough cliffs, scattered with shipwrecks, which are visited as the Gloomy Galleon in Donkey Kong 64.
