The Sky is one of the many kingdoms apart of the Mushroom World, It is ruled over by The Sky's King[1]. It is a peaceful kingdom that has been attacked by the Koopa Troop in the past.
History
Super Mario Bros 3
The Sky was invaded by Bowser and the Koopa Troop during the events of Super Mario Bros. 3. Roy Koopa was sent to cause a ruckus in The Sky as a part of Bowsers revenge plot after his defeat in Super Mario Bros[2]. With a base of operations in his airship, Roy barged into The Sky Castle and stole the King's Magic Wand while turning him into a helpless Albatoss. Mario and Luigi were sent by Princess Peach to save the kingdom from the Koopa Troop. After they arrived at the castle, Mario and Luigi boarded the airship and defeated Roy Koopa, before returning the Magic Wand to its rightful owner. The Sky was the fifth kingdom in the Mushroom World Mario and Luigi explored after saving The Sky they moved onto Iced Land[3].
