Super Mushrooms are healing power-ups that return the user back to their original size.

Super Mushrooms are red fungi with white spots. They are famously found mostly in the Mushroom Continent. While it's not seen where they grow, they pop out of bushes.[1] They are usually placed inside a ? Block.
Being inhabited by a spirit, indicated by the eyes on the stem part, allows it to move around and grant the user magical healing properties, which includes returning them back to their original size if they had been shrunk down beforehand. If the user consumes a Super Mushroom in their original size, their health is restored; it does not make them grow to a larger size.
