Sam Spook was one of Wario's henchmen when he invaded the Peaceful Woods.
History
Wario's Woods
Sam Spook was part of Wario's many henchmen when he invaded the Peaceful Woods. When Toad arrived to free the forest, Sam Spook was one of the first henchmen that halted Toad's progress. Unfortunately for Sam, Toad defeated him before moving along.
Personality
Sam Spook's main philosophy is the importance of knowing the basic techniques in the heat of the moment in order for one to sink or swim further in life. He explained so towards Toad when he was on his way to defeat Wario.[1]
When defeated, Sam turns shy and hides within his pumpkin head.[2]
