Instruction Manual, Super Mario Kart[1]

SNES Choco Island 1 is a fairly simple dirt course in the deserts of Choco Island. Ramps can be seen throughout the course and a number of mud puddles closing out the end of this circular course.

During certain holiday-themed tracks, appropriate Christmas trees and jack-o-lanterns were present during the Holidays and Halloween respectively.[2][3]

History

Choco Island 1 was first raced on in Super Mario Kart as the second course of the Flower Cup. The layout was reused as the second track of the Extra Flower Cup in Mario Kart: Super Circuit.

Choco Island 1 reappeared in the Cooking Tour of Mario Kart Tour. In that same tour, its Trick and Reverse variant made an appearance. It wasn't until the 2021 Autumn Tour that its Reverse/Trick variant would appear as the third course of the Monty Mole Cup.
