Donkey Kong Land
Donkey Kong Land all happened because Cranky Kong was a bit more annoying than usual.
History
Cranky Kong was ranting about Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong's latest adventure; it was too flashy, with no substance behind it. Donkey Kong eventually countered Cranky that his adventure was great and gets baited into having to go on another adventure.[1]
Cranky calls King K. Rool to steal the banana hoard again and, the next morning, the hoard was empty just like before. This time, the Kremlins managed to hide the bananas in places far beyond Donkey Kong Island; Kremlantis, the Gangplank Galleon, and even New Donk City were new locations that the Kongs had to journey through.
On top of a building in New Donk City, the Kongs fight King K. Rool and get their banana hoard back.[2]
Timeline
- Takes place directly after the events of Donkey Kong Country, as Cranky gets King K. Rool to steal the banana hoard once again.
- King K. Rool takes over New Donk City, Donkey Kong gets a blimp, allowing him to travel there, and defeats King K. Rool.
