Ice Ice Outpost is, as its name suggests, an outpost inbetween a pair of flat icebergs.
The outpost being ran by the "Toad Polar Expedition 2014-2015" says that Ice Ice Outpost is intended to be far away from the Mushroom Continent, most likely being in the Northern Continent.
History
Ice Ice Outpost is run by the Toad Polar Expedition, intended to discover unknown land on the North Pole.[1] This expedition ran from 2014 till 2015 and was supported via construction equipment from Morton Construction and containers from both Propeller Toad Transport and Morton Construction.
Mario Kart 8
Ice Ice Outpost had a course built for the third course of the Triforce Cup in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Grand Prix.
Description
Ice Ice Outpost takes place in a remote frigid area with chunks of ice drifting on it. The more larger parts form a pair of flat icebergs. All throughout the area are red, yellow, and blue housing tents with larger tens holding barrels. As of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Grand Prix, yellow-green striped roads surround the area along with proper lighting inside the iceberg's caves.
